Senior Robotics Controls Engineer

Develop and maintain core control systems for autonomous haul trucks operating in mining environments. Work on localization, state estimation, longitudinal and lateral control, and navigation, fusing sensor data and tuning control algorithms. Validate performance through simulation and field testing, debug issues from logged data, and collaborate with perception, planning, and hardware teams. Write production-quality Python code that runs reliably on vehicle platforms.
