Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, start up, and repair HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications plus hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Follow safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of experience in HVAC (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, reckless/careless driving, or license suspension) in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to support customer sites as a field-based role, including flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business requires.
