Job Summary

Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Develop consultative selling skills, deepen relationships with Consumer and Small Business customers, and learn to build an integrated book of business strategy. After training, lead and support a Financial Center by sourcing, coaching, and leading a team while reinforcing Core Values and a One Bank culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Execute consultative sales to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team, reinforcing Core Values and business strategies while cultivating a One Bank culture.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities
•Successful completion and maintenance of S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS
