Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute feature enablement and validation test plans for SoC- and system-level SoC features across AMD Server and AI products in high-speed IO.
  • •Develop test content for focus testing and system-level stress testing of IO domains and cross-product stress testing.
  • •Validate, regress, execute and debug Networking/IFoE/IB/UAL/Scale up/Scale out or related domains.
  • •Develop post-silicon validation infrastructure (software, hardware, automation environment, and lab setup).
  • •Collaborate with partner organizations to provide root cause analysis for platform issues in a data center environment and drive cross-functional debugging.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in BSEE/CSE/CS with corresponding hands-on validation exposure or 6+ years with MSEE/CSE/CS; advanced domain expertise in IO interfaces (PCI Express, CXL) and system-level validation.
  • •Strong programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl) and familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • •Experience developing validation test plans and executing/debugging at SoC/Platform level; silicon bring-up experience a plus.
  • •Proven ability to perform root cause analysis for platform issues and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, JTAG) and board/platform-level debugging.
