Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, staff planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
  • •Communicate with Project Managers and onsite teams to drive alignment and execution of concerts.
  • •Optimize production costs and processes and secure proper event permits and insurance requirements.
  • •Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and contract support; help scale experiences across Turkey and the UK.
