Perform cosmetic reconditioning for used vehicles by completing inspections, final quality checks, and advanced paint and surface repairs. Execute standardized reconditioning processes at pace, including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing, while identifying defects and selecting appropriate repair methods. Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot, while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and keeping the work area clean.
