Job Summary

Manage fund accounting operations for institutional clients, including calculating and disbursing various fund-related fees and net asset values on daily/weekly/monthly schedules. Prepare financial statements and client reports, reconcile broker records to internal books, and process audit-ready instructions and correspondence. Handle accounting entries and accruals for fund expenses while delivering accurate, timely reporting to clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance, and custody fees, including fund net value calculations.
•Prepare financial statements and financial reports for clients according to agreed requirements.
•Reconcile discrepancies between broker records and internal books of record, and address missing items.
•File correspondences and processed client instructions for audit purposes.
•Perform accounting entries and accruals for fund-related expenses and deliver accurate, timely client reporting.

Key Requirements

•University graduate or above with a relevant financial and/or accounting background.
•Strong knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments, terms, and fund services operations.
•Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
•Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency with Excel and MS Word, with high integrity and professionalism.
