Job Summary

Coordinate medium-complexity (Tier 2) projects manufactured in Europe, supporting European Sales Offices from offer preparation through order, invoicing, and delivery. Participate in spec reviews, alignment and contract calls, ensure Emerson standards and documentation are understood by stakeholders, run progress meetings, track milestones and goods/documentation, manage changes, and drive risk prevention while improving project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate technical and commercial offer preparation with Sales Offices and Global Project Pursuit, including specifications review and planning.
•Participate in alignments calls and contract review calls, influencing specifications toward Emerson standards to reduce risks.
•Manage project execution once awarded: ensure commitments are documented (purchase order), coordinate stakeholders, and run progress meetings.
•Track and record project progress for goods and documentation, coordinate any changes during project life, and ensure lead times and milestones are respected.
•Anticipate and identify risks, activate preventive/corrective actions, improve project profitability, and support sales forecasting.
