Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct analyses using SQL (and other methods) to identify issues and opportunities impacting customers and provide recommendations that change outcomes.
  • •Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify customer account health and drive improvements.
  • •Integrate with business teams to understand current workflows, identify systematic gaps, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Develop automation to accelerate revenue, mitigate business risk, and create efficiencies across Starlink Business Operations.
  • •Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality, including training users on dashboards, API, and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations or related functions such as operations, cost accounting, or consulting.
  • •3+ years building datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • •3+ years in at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
  • •1+ years of experience leading projects.
