Drive data-driven decisions for Starlink by conducting deep analyses to identify customer issues and opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct analyses using SQL (and other methods) to identify issues and opportunities impacting customers and provide recommendations that change outcomes.
•Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify customer account health and drive improvements.
•Integrate with business teams to understand current workflows, identify systematic gaps, and support cross-functional initiatives.
•Develop automation to accelerate revenue, mitigate business risk, and create efficiencies across Starlink Business Operations.
•Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality, including training users on dashboards, API, and tooling.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations or related functions such as operations, cost accounting, or consulting.
•3+ years building datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
•3+ years in at least one analytics language (e.g., Python, R).
•1+ years of experience leading projects.
