Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

Analyze mergers and acquisitions activity with a focus on credit risk. Support evaluation of deal-related financial and risk factors, helping inform decision-making across M&A processes. Work with internal stakeholders to assess credit exposure and contribute to risk-aware deal assessment. Based in Ciudad de Panama, you’ll apply analytical judgment to transactions and assist with credit risk analysis activities tied to acquisitions and related financing.
