Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure acceptable work quality and minimize rework through effective resource utilization and supervision.
  • •Monitor and control that the latest valid drawings are used on site.
  • •Coordinate activities as built and perform corrective or remedial actions when rework is required as directed by the site engineer.
  • •Supervise labor, materials, and equipment movement, ensuring works are completed on schedule, meeting company standards, and staying within project costs and budgets.
  • •Maintain strict compliance with safety procedures (including reporting risks), support HSE initiatives, and help achieve zero Loss Time Incidents (LTIs).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives, including safety programs and objectives.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental policies, procedures, and HSE initiatives.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
  • •High School Diploma plus a certificate in a related technical field.
