Job Summary

Lead change management and People & Organization consulting for global clients, advising on adoption strategies and minimizing resistance throughout transformation initiatives. Develop, execute, and measure OCM approaches, including readiness baselines, monitoring, and change advocate networks. Internally, coach and mentor consultants, support hiring, and contribute to thought leadership and tools. This role requires deep OCM experience, strong client leadership, and up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise global clients on change initiatives and deliver customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
•Develop and lead change readiness, adoption baselines, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness and outcomes.
•Design, mobilize, and manage networks of change advocates using best-practice OCM methodologies.
•Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid-career levels, supporting high performance.
•Participate in hiring and contribute to thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates for the internal practice.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
•5+ years of Big 4 and/or boutique consulting experience.
•5+ years of experience leading OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
•Experience managing $1M+ in revenue.
•Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification.
