Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Big 4 and/or boutique consulting experience.
  • •5+ years of experience leading OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
  • •Experience managing $1M+ in revenue.
  • •Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification.
