Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
•Source, engage, and assess talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms.
•Guide candidates through structured selection processes and provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
•Support People Operations by coordinating onboarding and assisting with employee lifecycle activities and HR process improvements through automation.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or remote organization.
•Recruiting experience across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
•Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
•Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms, with strong analytical skills and comfort using AI tools.
