Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects end-to-end to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • •Recommend septic and onsite wastewater products and services aligned to client needs; provide quotations and technical sales support.
  • •Run project execution per the organization’s project management methodology and established project plans.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to integrate vendors, ensure on-time product delivery, and maintain service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of Construction Project Management or Project Coordinator experience, and 2+ years of Waterworks experience preferred.
  • •Experience in the construction industry products, including general construction, wastewater, or waterworks equipment.
  • •Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating tools such as PlanSwift or Bid Tracer (highly preferred).
  • •Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to learn new technologies.
  • •Advanced ability to coordinate projects and communicate effectively; Salesforce experience preferred and a valid driver’s license required.
