Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead content creation for national and international tenders as the SAP Lead for an end-to-end solution in healthcare
  • •Take responsibility for the solution per customer requirements and drive innovative roadmap scenarios
  • •Develop the bid strategy (Win-Strategy) with SAP Practice, Account and Sales to align with customer needs
  • •Translate customer analyses into a high-level solution design considering industry-specific SAP components (e.g., IS-H, S/4HANA side-by-side)
  • •Coordinate bid calculations, cost estimation validation, and coach Atos teams in strategy and implementation projects for healthcare clients

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of the current SAP portfolio with S/4HANA implementation and rollout methodology (e.g., SAP Activate), Conversions, Migrations and SAP IT trends, with Healthcare industry knowledge (e.g., IS-H, patient management, integration with clinical subsystems)
  • •Experience delivering bid presentations to decision-makers and senior stakeholders on the client side
  • •Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • •Experience in international and/or distributed project work (e.g., Near-/Offshore delivery)
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills with key stakeholders in the bid team and with customers/partners
