Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute established thin film processes (ALD/CVD) following defined procedures and development plans.
  • •Run experiments, collect data, and maintain accurate documentation of results.
  • •Perform basic data analysis, summarize findings, and identify trends, anomalies, and repeatability issues.
  • •Support day-to-day process development activities on cell film equipment, including tool qualifications and routine troubleshooting.
  • •Collaborate with senior engineers, equipment engineers, and integration teams to support learning and failure analysis related to yield or reliability issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Fundamental understanding of thin film deposition techniques (ALD, CVD).
  • •Basic knowledge of materials science, chemical reactions, and vacuum systems.
