Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) by observing children, helping prepare an orderly environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families and collaborate with Lead Guides to foster a calm, engaging learning community where children explore and grow at their own pace.
