Job Summary

Partner with EACX teams to migrate legacy on-prem analytics into modern cloud-based platforms. You’ll design cloud analytics solutions, guide tool and architecture choices, and support ETL/ELT, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and visualization use cases. Spend most of your time enabling stakeholders and removing migration roadblocks, while strengthening governance through source control, data quality, observability, and scalable development practices. Requires 6–8 years in statistical/data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide teams in designing cloud-based analytics solutions, including tool selection, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.
•Support migration of analytics use cases such as data mining, auditing, aggregation, validation, ETL/ELT, reconciliation, reporting, and visualization.
•Create and deliver enablement artifacts including documentation, metadata standards, training materials, and access guidance.
•Identify and remove technical roadblocks to keep migrations moving forward.
•Partner with technology teams to ensure data assets are reliable and governed with clear SLAs while evolving multi-tenant cloud governance practices.

Salary: USD 119,765 - 140,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
•Experience with Python and SQL for analytics work.
•Experience with Spark and at least one cloud/data platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Azure ML.
•Experience supporting data governance and quality practices (e.g., observability, metadata, multi-tenant cloud environments).
