Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare yearly/monthly/quarterly group consolidations and maintain books of US entities in accordance with US GAAP.
  • •Ensure real-time availability of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, income statements) for business decision-making.
  • •Develop and review accounting policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls, and research technical accounting issues for compliance.
  • •Support month-end/year-end close, manage budgets and forecasting, and provide variance commentary and ad-hoc analyses/modeling.
  • •Own regulatory reporting and coordinate tax filings, manage intercompany accounts, and review audit reports to implement recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven 2–3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
  • •Fresher CA (CA qualification).
  • •Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
  • •Familiarity with advanced Excel formulas and strong analytical skills.
  • •Ability to create and present detailed reports and demonstrate a problem-solving attitude.
