Job Summary

Lead the global core Member Experience by shaping the app architecture and foundational UX frameworks across TV, mobile, and web. Drive personalized discovery, AI-forward experience design, and high-quality playback and viewing across devices. Manage and develop senior leaders overseeing Mobile, Web, Search, GenAI, Discovery, Playback, TV, and Evidence. Partner with VP-level Design, Product, and Engineering to align priorities, stress-test decisions with data, and foster metrics-driven experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape strategic direction for new and existing member models across discovery, browsing, personalization UI, search, genre hubs, and collections.
•Create intuitive, high-quality playback and viewing experiences across devices, including controls, subtitles/audio, previews, interactive formats, and kids viewing modes.
•Ensure accessibility and localization across regions and device ecosystems, including assistive tech, contrast, and cognitive load.
•Establish Member XD as an AI-forward experience design organization by operationalizing AI across every craft to accelerate innovation and adaptive experiences.
•Manage senior leaders and resolve interdependencies across functions to optimize decisions for the whole company, while fostering metrics-driven experimentation.
