Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead organizational development initiatives by conducting assessments, analyzing data sets, and producing summary reports and recommendations.
  • •Support leadership succession and leader talent reviews, including development of approaches, timelines, and stakeholder maps.
  • •Co-design and facilitate leadership alignment sessions, workshops, focus groups, and engagement efforts (in-person, hybrid, or virtual).
  • •Assist with designing and implementing programs that build organizational capabilities aligned with strategic priorities, including change initiatives.
  • •Partner with OD team members, HR, and leadership to align programs with business objectives; may serve as a task lead.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in OD/HR.
  • •Understanding of organizational behavior, development theories, and best practices.
  • •Experience supporting succession planning/high-potential identification, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, learning and development, or human capital consulting.
  • •Comfort using AI for data analysis and workflow/process improvement.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas) and creating executive presentations in PowerPoint.
