Lead and manage a Regional Directors and Account Executives team for Mid-Market Sales in the West region, driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Develop sales strategies for the 50–9,999 life segment, oversee pursuit of new business opportunities, and monitor performance to recommend improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with brokers and partners while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
