Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the runner between Nivoda’s two Thailand offices, ensuring diamonds and gemstones are moved safely, securely, and on time
  • •Collect diamonds and gemstones from local suppliers and coordinate collection schedules with suppliers and internal teams
  • •Maintain proper chain-of-custody and documentation while transporting goods between offices
  • •Support day-to-day fulfilment operations including shipment preparation, dispatch, and returns processing
  • •Coordinate shipment receiving in the Nivoda system, follow up with carriers on delays, and assist customer support with shipping queries and urgent requests
