Job Summary

Coordinate daily deliveries and support customers by answering calls, entering order data into the computer system, and responding to customer requests. Work closely with sales, quality control, operators, and other personnel to confirm materials, special requirements, and plant availability. Maintain local area knowledge to help drivers reach job sites, help customers select products and pricing, and resolve job-site complaints while supporting an inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Answer customer and driver calls in a timely and professional manner.
•Enter order data into the computer system.
•Coordinate with customers, sales, quality control, operators, and other personnel regarding special materials, customer requirements, and plant/material availability.
•Maintain knowledge of city streets and surrounding areas to help drivers locate job sites.
•Assist customers in determining the proper product, amount, and price; receive and follow up on customer complaints regarding truck/driver problems at job sites.

Key Requirements
