Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle sales and business development: identify, engage and convert new prospects into customers.
•Strategic territory and pipeline growth: define and execute strategic qualification routines, build segmented pipelines from your territory, and prioritise opportunities that deliver high value.
•Consistently achieving sales KPIs and targets: work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets. Accountability will be important to help you succeed.
•Trusted advisor engagement: conduct insightful discovery and product presentations, consulting on clients’ business and commercial goals, and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner.
•CRM ownership & intelligence: maintain disciplined CRM practices to ensure pipeline, forecasts, reporting, and customer insights are accurate and actionable.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Sales & business development experience with full-cycle responsibility, ideally across SaaS, hospitality technology, hotel operations, revenue management, or related commercial services.
•Industry fluency in the hospitality value chain (hotel management, revenue strategy, guest acquisition).
•Consultative and outcome-focused sales skills with ability to diagnose business needs and influence decision-making.
•Remote-ready communication and autonomy; excellent verbal and written communication, strong listening skills, and ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision.
•Fluent in German (min. C2) and professional proficiency in English
