Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, providing next-level service by personally interacting with guests and resolving concerns.
  • •Oversee the dining area and service zones to deliver seamless operations, quality, and “FIVE-styled” guest experience.
  • •Coordinate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality, “insta-worthy” presentation and maintain stringent sanitation and food quality control.
  • •Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant team members, providing feedback and recognizing performance.
  • •Analyze financial reports (sales trends, food & beverage costs, labour cost) and collaborate on strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.

Salary: AED 4,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • •Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus strong restaurant management software and POS system knowledge.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and restaurant operations best practices.
  • •Proven track record achieving financial targets, managing budgets, and implementing cost control measures.
