Job Summary

Perform incoming part inspections and support quality documentation activities across manufacturing stages, including preparing and archiving quality records such as FAI/FAIR and related certificates and measurement programs. Participate in Quality Clinic and RCCA activities, monitor and implement corrective actions to stabilize processes, and support cost-of-poor-quality reduction. Verify technological documentation quality, coordinate QM task monitoring, and assist with R&R research and correlation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive parts according to technology, construction drawing, and client requirements at different production stages.
•Develop and archive quality documentation including FAI/FAIR, KKO, judgments, supplements, quality certificates, product quality folders, and measurement programs.
•Participate in Quality Clinic activities and RCCA teams, supporting corrective actions and process stabilization.
•Support actions to reduce the costs of poor quality and assist the Quality Supervision Engineer in project work.
•Verify technological documentation from a quality perspective, coordinate QM process monitoring, and support R&R research and correlation work.

•Secondary education; higher technical education is welcome.
•English knowledge at B1 level.
•Communicative Polish and well-developed communication skills.
•Ability to organize own work and work with a team within the scope of responsibility.
•Ability to read technology and technical drawings and proficiency with MS Office; readiness for 3-shift and 4-roster work.
