Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide front-line support and administration for corporate technology, applications, and hardware using service management systems
  • •Participate in design, implementation, automation, and maintenance of corporate technology, applications, and hardware
  • •Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding (setting up accounts, issuing/retrieving hardware, onboarding support)
  • •Participate in technology and platform support incidents as part of an incident response team
  • •Resolve and analyze root causes of issues escalated by IT Operations and other staff

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT experience
  • •Experience with identity management (Okta, Azure)
  • •Experience with mobile device management (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
  • •Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
  • •Experience with security tools (Crowdstrike, Tenable)
