Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, validate, and issue customer invoices according to contract terms, internal controls, IFRS 15, and local tax/e-invoicing regulations.
  • •Audit executed order forms and purchase orders before billing to ensure commercial terms are accurate.
  • •Process credits, cancellations, and billing adjustments, and resolve customer/internal billing queries promptly.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Tax, and Legal to resolve complex deal structures and billing issues.
  • •Maintain billing records in ERP/CRM, perform account reconciliations, and support month-end close and audit reporting while improving processes through automation and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • •2–4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash operations.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
  • •Strong knowledge of billing workflows, revenue recognition concepts (IFRS 15/ASC 606), and tax compliance.
