Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive test strategies, test plans, and quality processes aligned to technical requirements and business goals.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain test artifacts (test plans, test cases, test data, defect reports, traceability matrices, and execution reports).
  • •Execute and oversee manual and automated testing across functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and non-functional areas.
  • •Mentor automation engineers and junior QA team members; integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and report quality metrics for release readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E/B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Demonstrated ability in software testing with very strong experience in automation testing.
  • •Minimum 8-10 years hands-on experience with automation scripting tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • •Working knowledge of a scripting/programming language, with Python or C# preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps, plus familiarity with defect tracking tools and CI/CD deployment in a DevOps environment.
