  • •Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and district KPI objectives.
  • •Analyze performance trends, run structured store visits, and lead performance recovery plans for underperforming stores.
  • •Ensure flawless execution of brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising and in-store marketing.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy, stock flow, shrink prevention, and compliance requirements (health & safety, labor law, security, audit standards).
  • •Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Store Managers and future leaders, supporting performance reviews and succession planning.
