Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and analyze competency-based learning needs and identify gaps for the academy’s target population.
  • •Define priorities and design a learning solutions roadmap for the current and following year.
  • •Propose innovative teaching methods and manage the end-to-end pedagogical engineering of learning offers.
  • •Plan and oversee deployment of learning campaigns while staying within budget constraints.
  • •Measure training impact using evaluations and LMS dashboards, and run communication/promotion actions for the learning offering.

Key Requirements

  • •Create and manage learning solutions based on skills and competency needs, using skills management systems and assessment results.
  • •Design and deploy blended learning offers (classroom plus synchronous/asynchronous digital), aligned to stakeholder priorities and roadmaps.
  • •Lead pedagogical engineering as a project (planning, follow-up, deadlines, and quality of deliverables) within budget constraints.
  • •Recruit and enable Knowledge Boosters (internal trainers, tutors, mentors) and support their deployment across the target population.
  • •5–8 years of experience in learning, with a Bac+5 background in HR specializing in learning or instructional/pedagogical engineering, in an international organization context.
