Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.
  • •Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; document findings and ensure timely resolution.
  • •Supervise and maintain physical security systems, including surveillance cameras, access controls, and alarm systems.
  • •Train staff on safety and security topics (PPE, forklift safety, emergency procedures, theft prevention) and supervise safety/security team members or contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards, including experience with safety audits and incident investigations.
  • •Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • •Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics best practices, and security equipment such as access controls and surveillance.
  • •First Aid/CPR certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred; forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
