Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize payment network policies into actionable operational requirements for internal teams and external clients.
  • •Analyze and improve compliance metrics and data accuracy for DCI participants, identifying key risk indicators for reporting.
  • •Design and implement monitoring programs and strengthen operational controls alignment with network requirements and audit standards.
  • •Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, including KRI dashboards and control assurance for leadership visibility.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and modernize processes using AI-enabled tools to automate monitoring and improve efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in payment network policy, risk management, or compliance in the financial services or payments industry.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or operational management within the financial services or payments industry.
  • •At least 3 years of experience developing, evaluating, and implementing compliance and risk assessment activities.
  • •Preferred: experience with card payment networks and issuing/acquiring institutions or payment processors.
