Job Summary

Define the software product vision for Space Edge Computing, architect a hybrid edge–cloud platform, and drive an incremental software roadmap from embedded to user interfaces. Lead cross‑functional alignment between embedded software, on‑ground infrastructure, and cloud services to deliver a scalable, reusable space data/AI platform with strong performance, reliability, and certification constraints.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the software‑product vision for Space Edge Computing (platform, services, APIs) and structure a target architecture including middleware, orchestration and security.
•Position the product in a hybrid edge–cloud logic, compatible with digital standards.
•Challenge technical choices (embedded OS, hypervisors, containerization, AI frameworks) while ensuring coherence between embedded software, on‑ground platform and user interfaces.
•Contribute to defining software industrialization strategies to promote modularity and scalability.
•Build and drive an incremental software roadmap, anticipating evolutions toward autonomous, self‑orchestrating architectures while balancing innovation, technology maturity, certification constraints and time‑to‑market.

Key Requirements

•Experience in software product management, distributed architectures, embedded systems or edge/cloud computing
•Ability to structure a product from advanced software building blocks under strict performance, reliability and resource constraints
•Mastery of middleware, APIs, runtime, scheduling and orchestration including safety‑critical environments
•Fluent English (read/write/speak)
