  • •Manage day-to-day manufacturing plant operations including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • •Implement process improvements for RM cost reduction, asset utilization, team balancing, automation, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Hire, supervise, orient, train, and retain operations/product staff while leading and mentoring production teams.
