Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own project delivery from inception through commissioning and handover to operations for a large-scale commercial real estate build.
  • •Coordinate construction-related activities with the general contractor and architect/engineer, including design-phase services (constructability reviews, value engineering support, baseline schedule, risk planning).
  • •Support procurement activities by identifying long-lead items and helping prepare RFPs for general contractor and commissioning agent procurements.
  • •Provide construction-phase oversight through regular site visits, review of contractor/subcontractor schedules, status meetings, and reporting on progress and schedule vs. field production.
  • •Coordinate commissioning and handover work by working with the commissioning agent, reviewing submittals/RFIs, and supporting inspections, tests, punch-list resolution, and documentation loading into the client system of record.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of construction field experience in commercial building applications.
  • •Degree in construction management (or equivalent) and OSHA certified.
  • •Proficient—expert experience using Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple stakeholders including the general contractor, and produce required project/program status reports.
  • •Ability to work on site and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong drive and tenacity to deliver value.
