Strengthen connections with the veteran community and local partners by representing Anduril at veteran-focused networking events and industry conferences. Plan and execute community engagement activities from concept to completion, manage event logistics, and support veteran hiring initiatives. Maintain databases and track KPIs, deliver internal updates and presentations, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Comms to align messaging and maximize reach.

•Act as a brand ambassador at veteran-focused networking events and industry conferences, coordinating logistics and event presence.
•Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events such as local meetings, sporting events, volunteer activities, and civic gatherings.
•Manage event logistics end to end, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee communication, and on-site management.
•Develop and maintain databases for veteran candidates, community partners, event participants, and engagement metrics; track KPIs.
•Prepare internal updates, success stories, and presentations, and collaborate with teams (HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Comms) to align messaging and maximize reach.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 1–2 years in a related field (e.g., Government Affairs, Political Science, Communications, Marketing).
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for event planning and data management.
•Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for supporting veterans and/or engaging local communities.
