Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a brand ambassador at veteran-focused networking events and industry conferences, coordinating logistics and event presence.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement events such as local meetings, sporting events, volunteer activities, and civic gatherings.
  • •Manage event logistics end to end, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee communication, and on-site management.
  • •Develop and maintain databases for veteran candidates, community partners, event participants, and engagement metrics; track KPIs.
  • •Prepare internal updates, success stories, and presentations, and collaborate with teams (HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Comms) to align messaging and maximize reach.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 1–2 years in a related field (e.g., Government Affairs, Political Science, Communications, Marketing).

  • •Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated passion for supporting veterans and/or engaging local communities.
