Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, ideally with certifications in Strategic Procurement or Category Management.
  • •At least five years of experience in Category Management, ideally in healthcare or another complex, regulated environment.
  • •Strong analytical capabilities, including spend analytics, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, build alignment, and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
  • •Strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills, with a commercial mindset, project management capabilities, and communication in German and English.
