•Develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories throughout their strategic lifecycle.
•Leverage spend, market, supplier, and demand analytics to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks.
•Design, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and business cases for informed decisions.
•Drive product standardization, portfolio optimization, and data harmonization initiatives to increase efficiency and unlock synergies.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Procurement, Hospitals, Supply Chain Management, and business functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, ideally with certifications in Strategic Procurement or Category Management.
•At least five years of experience in Category Management, ideally in healthcare or another complex, regulated environment.
•Strong analytical capabilities, including spend analytics, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
•Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, build alignment, and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
•Strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills, with a commercial mindset, project management capabilities, and communication in German and English.
