Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer-owned equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required and maintain the service vehicle in a clean, professional manner.

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.

  • •Maintain safe job practices while repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Provide superior customer service and communication, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
