Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop PHY-layer firmware for networking devices to improve performance and reliability
•Enable new SerDes and physical linkup flows in collaboration with architecture and HW/SW teams
•Define, implement, and maintain firmware algorithms to control silicon
•Develop and test firmware on emulation and simulation environments during pre-silicon phases
•Lead data-driven discussions about product functionality and areas for improvement

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
•3+ years of relevant experience
•Proficient programming in C
•Debugging experience and ability to investigate and triage difficult problems in embedded FW
•Good communication skills and the ability to work with people across several countries
