Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic support and direction to Plant Quality Managers, quality teams, and plant Operations Managers to meet regional quality goals.
  • •Review customer complaints and claims responses to ensure thorough investigations, root cause identification, and effective corrective actions.
  • •Cascade quality initiatives and objectives from top management through plant teams to support successful execution.
  • •Provide strategic guidance to the region to achieve quality objectives and enhance operational performance while reducing risk.
  • •Lead support for customer Focus teams and serve as single point of contact for Focus and Enterprise key customers, including communications on quality issues.

Key Requirements
