Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce protection of company assets (merchandise, money, technical equipment, supplies, fixtures, personnel, and customers) through policy and procedure compliance
  • •Conduct post coverage, routine facility inspections, and audits while maintaining proper records and documenting results
  • •Report violations/incidents and theft to the Asset Protection Manager and interact with local law enforcement as needed
  • •Manage outsourced guards and conduct associate compliance checks (e.g., item limits, keys policy, packages leaving premises with proper paperwork)
  • •Control access for associates and visitors, supervise off-site sales (public and employee), review reports and safe logs, and complete AP document maintenance

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of asset protection/retail experience preferred (1-3 years)

  • •8 hr pre-assignment and 16 hr on-the-job training (OTJ) certificates / security license (mandatory in NYC only)
