Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and develop upper middle market banking relationships with companies $50M+ in revenue within an assigned geographic territory.
•Drive profitability through loans, deposits, Treasury Management, fees, and capital markets while advising clients on needs.
•Lead cross-functional pre-call planning to deliver robust client interactions.
•Use Centers of Influence referrals to grow the referral network and develop new markets.
•Identify and mitigate credit risks by recommending appropriate credit structure, managing underwriting/credit approval, documentation, and closing complex commercial loans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•10+ years related experience in financial services and banking focused on commercial banking relationships.
•Experience prospecting and developing commercial client relationships within financial services.
•Formal credit training and commercial banking underwriting experience.
•Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
