Job Summary

Own end-to-end sales-side process and system-change intake for ADESA’s Sales Operations team. You translate business needs into requirements, partner cross-functionally to assess dependencies and risks, and drive projects through kickoff, rollout, and adoption. Create and maintain sales operations documentation and SOPs, develop customer-facing communication assets, and track change completion across the field while identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single point of intake and ownership for sales-side process and system-change requests, including scoping, prioritizing, timelines, and driving adoption.
•Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Operations, Central Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT to gather and document requirements and represent the business for features and projects.
•Review proposed features, enhancements, and projects; surface open questions/gaps and drive resolution for the sales organization.
•Drive sales-side end-to-end projects resulting in process changes, from kickoff through rollout, communication, and reinforcement.
•Own change management for the sales organization, including assessing operational impact, planning rollouts, sequencing dependencies, reinforcing adoption, and tracking field adoption.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years in process management, project/program management, business analysis, change management, or operational roles supporting sales, operations, or cross-functional teams.
•Demonstrated ability to run process or change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication, including experience creating operational documentation, SOPs, and workflow processes.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to understand how process and system changes impact external customers, internal sales teams, and auction operations.
