Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure agreed service level execution across Air, Ocean, Ground, and Parcel shipping.
  • •Own service level performance management including escalation handling, on-time performance, missing/wrong/damage PPM, and cross-dock management.
  • •Manage carrier SOWs and establish/maintain clear, achievable global SLAs/KPIs and transit expectations per pricing schedule.
  • •Track operational risks (e.g., port strikes/holiday disruptions), develop contingency plans, and drive continuous performance improvements across gross & net scores.
  • •Lead project management for specialized cargo quotation creation in CargoBase and support track-and-trace monitoring as the escalation point for cross-dock issues; support new program launches and SOP/SOW creation.

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Years of logistics or related experience aligned to the job grade placement.
  • •Strong communication skills across all levels with demonstrated urgency and accountability to complete on time.
  • •Analytical use of data to drive solutions, with strong attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity.
