3D Physical Design Engineer

Join the physical design team to design and analyze 3D integrated products. You’ll apply ASIC/SoC physical design expertise across packaging, power, clock, and cooling, working closely with architecture and RTL to prototype novel 3D integration concepts. The role includes full-chip and block-level physical verification, power/performance/area optimization, and resolving DRC/LVS and IR/EM issues using tools such as ICV/Calibre and related verification flows.
