Manage the final stages of the loss mitigation process by coordinating borrower communication and required documentation. Monitor trial payment plans and ensure timely issuance of modification or liquidation documents, keeping internal and external systems accurate to program terms. Work closely with title companies, mobile notaries, mortgage insurers, GSEs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), and federal agencies to execute documents, resolve issues, and maintain compliant records in servicing systems.
