•Engage with and educate partners to monetise the Fresha platform and drive revenue growth.
•Proactively manage the sales cycle to educate and convert partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
•Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback and help shape future releases.
•Build and maintain relationships with partner accounts and internal Sales and Onboarding teams.
•Utilise consultative sales techniques to understand partner needs and upsell/cross-sell the Fresha Platform.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Account Management role.
•Proven ability to close deals, negotiate, and convert opportunities.
•Analytical experience using data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
•Demonstrated adaptability with a commercially motivated mindset to achieve targets.
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
