Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Service Owner for Partner Hub with end-to-end accountability for service health, reliability, security, operational readiness, and lifecycle management.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers focused on the Partner Hub platform.
  • •Drive the technical roadmap and delivery of features to enhance partner productivity and platform scalability.
  • •Foster an agile, high-velocity development environment while maintaining high standards for code quality and system reliability.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical solutions and champion engineering excellence (CI/CD, security, observability).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in a formal leadership or management capacity.
  • •Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • •Strong understanding of modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures.
  • •Ability to manage complex, multi-functional projects and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
